UPDATE

Things are going well and nothing but rumors abound on the boards.

McKenna is having a BLAST with her cousins in UTAH.

I have started a cross stitch and want to do some scrapbooking.

Jason is doing well and we are excited to all go the our family reunion next friday.

Will update if any word comes from the agency next week.

Matching ROOM

Well as soon as the referrals are released we are in the matching room.

Referrals should be here in a few weeks, supposely through DEC 31. Which would be great for us.

McKenna is visiting her GRANDMA ROWELY and having a blast.

Mom is trying to work extra hours none available today but will call tongiht and say I am available for tomorrow for DELIMA if needed.


We are taking China money this paycheck and going to buy our video camera for the trip

One piece of good news is that Jayne (Jasons sister) is pregnant and due in DECEMBER. I am so happy for them. Will update here as we know more.

When we get the official email of moving into the matching room I will let you know.

STill in the REVIEW room

We are still in the review room. We should move rooms once the next batch of referrals come. We are a long shot for July and then on track for August referrals well unless they skip a month or something.


But some of the people we have met are getting excited as their referrals are coming. If rumors hold out it will be the week of the 22nd.

Just Chatting

McKenna did awesome on her talk and is excited to see her grandparents and cousins this month.

I am hoping that tomorrow when I get home from work there is a places everyone in my email box. I will let you know. I am excited to see in the next few weeks how far referrals go.

I am doing better and walking with my exercise program. I want to loose weight.

Update

Well the agency sent an email saying the places everyone email won't come until next week. I think with 109 referrals that it is taking alot longer to get things done. We are not expecting a referral this month. I really think it will come in August.

I am going to do a scrapbook swap, it should be really fun.

My goal for the next few weeks is to get the house in order. We finished painting the living room, will do touch ups and hang curtains next.

Next week we will work on painting the doors and trims white and then we can start on the flooring.

Thats it for now. The wait has gone slow at times but when I look back time really is flying. I just hope our little one is getting hugs and the food she needs. I am so excited for my turn.

This week at work I will be floating so hopefully that will work out well.

Jason is still finishing school and still looking for work. He has applied but the job market is so much more competitive every year. Hopefully he can find something soon that will allow me to be a stay at home mom. Then my check can totally go to China and then to savings for the second and final adoption.

I hope we can bring one more child into our home.

We can hardly wait for Marielle or Kyle to get here which ever it turns out to be.

Just a Few THoughts

Well we are on the countdown to get the house ready. We are finishing up the major painting this week and my job is to go through and throw away and donate items which we really don't need anymore. I just need to declutter and that is my goal the next month as Jason does most of the painting.

Well it is officialy June 1 here and the countdown for the first half of our referral group begins. We ae so late in January that I don;t think we will make it this month but I feel more and more excited. Soon are file will be moved into the MATCHING ROOM. By whatever process we will be matched with our new little one. We think it will be a girl but you never know it could be a suprise. I am just getting more and more excited. I thought I would get mrore and more edgy but I actually feel calmer as it gets closer.

McKenna is on track break and we have a fishing trip planned soon. She would like to go to LEGOLAND, so maybe we can fit that in also.

Life will change in a few short months for the better but there will be up and down times also.

As far as official updates nothing has been sent. As soon as it comes I will be sure to update everyone though.

We can't wait to see the picture. I hope when the time comes our little one will bond well.

I also called the temple today and have the information for sealing. If we travel in September we can get the sealing done in October if not we will have to wait until Januray when the temple reopens. The Las Vegas Temple is undergoing some major renovations.

I hope that Heavenly Father will continue to bless us and that our financial needs will be met as we get closer to needing funds. At work the extra shifts have not been there like I thought but I know it will work out.

We should hear something this week from GWCA and when we do I will be sure to update you all.
